After spending 10+ years actively building businesses on three continents, each with the shared mission of increasing access to care for children with autism, Ben founded Bloom International Ventures (BIV) to make a broader impact by providing access to capital and support from a team of advisors to entrepreneurs around the world looking to build successful businesses that do good in their communities. Early Autism Ventures has been Ben and BIV’s endeavour to serve families in India.

MaKenzie Johns

Director

MaKenzie Johns is the Chief Executive Officer for Early Autism Services Private Limited (EASPL) in India. MaKenzie is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from Capella University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Psychology from The Ohio State University. She aspires to create well-rounded, socially inclusive programs for each child by working towards the generalization of skills in the home, and in the community.

Vincent Scarlata

Chief Financial Officer

Vincent Scarlata is the Chief Financial Officer at EAS and provides support to families throughout their relationship with EAS. He graduated from DePaul University with a finance and business management degree in 2010. He spent 6 years working as a client service specialist and account manager for a Chicago financial institution. He has also been a long time supporter of local nonprofit organizations that provide services to children and adults with autism and other disabilities.

Suchitra Choudhury

Chief Executive Officer

Suchitra Choudhury is the Chief Executive Officer of Early Autism Ventures Private Limited (EAVPL) in India. She completed her ABA course sequence at the University of Florida and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida. She is committed to the ethical application of the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis across various domains.

Suchitra has 10 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and is passionate about applying scientifically proven techniques to reduce problem behaviour and increase appropriate behaviour. She is keenly interested in learning about and spreading knowledge of ABA to people from all walks of life.

Amanda Augustine

Chief Operations Officer

Amanda Augustine is the Chief Operating Officer of Early Autism Ventures India. She joined EAV in 2021 as a Behaviour Technician and quickly showed the potential for working in an operational role. She is a Gold Medallist Master’s degree holder in Social work from Christ University, Bangalore. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Minds College of Special Education, Mumbai. Her passion lies in working with neurodivergent children and their families. Apart from work, she is a proud pet parent and a foodie.

Jijina

Clinical Director – Bengaluru, HSR

Jijina C. is the Clinical Director at Bangalore and a Qualified Behaviour Analyst(QBA). She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jain University. From an early age, Jijina knew she wanted to work with children, a passion that grew stronger with her love for her Intro to Psychology course .

In her professional life, Jijina finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be watching her clients make progress and learn new skills. She is dedicated to implementing socially-valid interventions that have a meaningful and positive impact on her clients’ lives, helping them achieve greater independence and functional communication.

Outside of work, Jijina enjoys unwinding by watching Netflix and exploring different cuisines.

Ansu Alexandar

Clinical Director – Bengaluru, Sahakar Nagar

Ansu is the Clinical Director at Early Autism Services, Sahakarnagar branch, Bangalore. She completed her Master’s degree in social work, specializing in medical and psychiatric social work. Ansu is currently pursuing her certification to become a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). She has rich experience working with a wide variety of clients, such as toddlers, adolescents, and neurodiverse children. She is very passionate about serving individuals and has a deep interest in learning new approaches and techniques emerging in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). She has a keen interest in perpetuating skill acquisition and behavior management, ensuring the success of clients and the satisfaction of families. She believes children making progress as a result of the successful and ethical application of ABA techniques is the most rewarding career.

Merlin Abraham 1

Merlin Abraham

Clinical Director – Bengaluru, JP Nagar

Merlin Abraham is the Clinical Director at Early Autism Ventures, JP Nagar, Bengaluru. She has completed her Master’s degree in Psychology and has extensive clinical experience working with autistic children and their families across both India and the Middle East. Her international exposure has enabled her to work with children from diverse cultural backgrounds while implementing evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Throughout her career, Merlin has been involved in conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, designing individualized intervention programs, supervising clinical teams, mentoring therapists, and guiding families through parent training and collaborative goal setting. She is passionate about providing ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care that promotes meaningful progress and long-term independence.

Urvi Mange

Urvi Mange

Clinical Director – Whitefield & Home Based ABA Lead

Urvi Mange is the Clinical Director of the Whitefield branch and Home-Based ABA Lead at Early Autism Ventures. As a psychologist and QBA candidate, she is dedicated to helping individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders build the skills they need to thrive, on their own terms. She holds an MSc in Neurocognitive Psychology from the University of Oldenburg and an MA in Applied Psychology. Her vision is rooted in individualized, ethical, evidence-based care. Every intervention plan she builds starts with genuinely understanding a child, not applying a template. 

In practice, Urvi is hands-on, conducting functional assessments and direct observations to identify what’s really driving a behavior. She measures success not just in progress on paper, but in real gains in independence and quality of life. Collaboration is central to her practice; she works closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, believing that lasting change happens when everyone around a child is aligned and informed.

Outside the clinic, Urvi is an avid reader, dancer, and traveler who’s always chasing a new language to learn when she’s not busy spoiling her fur babies.

Anushree

Anusree Devadas

Clinical Director – Bengaluru, Yelahanka

Anusree is a QBA (Qualified Behaviour Analyst) candidate with a strong interest in early intervention that began early in her career. She holds an undergraduate degree in counselling psychology and a postgraduate degree in applied psychology. During her studies and internship at a psychiatric hospital, Anusree was introduced to early intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which sparked a deep passion for the field. Over the past seven years, she has been working with neurodivergent individuals, gaining valuable experience in supporting children to become more independent in their daily lives. Her passion lies in enhancing functional communication skills and fostering social inclusion for children. She is also deeply committed to understanding each child’s unique strengths and using them as a foundation to build confidence and promote personal growth for them. During her personal time, Anusree enjoys reading books, watching movies and series, painting, and spending time with animals.

Supreet-Batra

Supreet Batra

Clinical Director – Hyderabad

Supreet Batra is the Clinical Director for Early Autism Ventures. She has a master’s degree in psychological counseling and approximately 8 years of experience dealing with a neurodiverse population ranging in age from 2.5 to 22 years old. She has worked in both schools and at home and has extensive expertise in a variety of settings, whether 1:1 or in groups. Supreet is passionate about behavioral therapy and is committed to developing tailored ways to promote skill development and behavior control. She enjoys working with teams and keeping up with the newest developments in applied behavior analysis (ABA). She derives immense satisfaction from seeing children improve through structured, ethical, and evidence-based therapies (ABA). Outside of work, Supreet enjoys baking and playing badminton.

Pema-Doma

Pema Doma

Clinical Director – Bengaluru, Kalyan Nagar

Ms. Pema Doma is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) candidate who began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Sociology from Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore (2013–2015). She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CMR University in 2017.

She began her professional career as a Remedial/Special Educator at The Learning Arc in 2017, where she worked until 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on a short teaching role at the Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education, where she taught undergraduate Psychology. In 2020, Ms. Pema entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavioural Therapist at Stepping Stones in Bangalore, where she worked until 2022.

Since then, she has been working at Early Autism Ventures, where she plays a key role in the clinical planning and implementation of programs for children with autism and other developmental delays. She is actively involved in assessment, curriculum development, and ongoing support for each child.

Ms. Pema finds equal joy in both designing individualised, evidence-based programs and working hands-on with children. Her approach is rooted in compassion and respect for each child’s unique learning style and pace. She believes that meaningful progress comes from understanding the child deeply and supporting them consistently, whether it’s through structured teaching or shared moments during play. This balanced engagement—between thoughtful planning and direct interaction—inspires and drives her ongoing commitment to the field

Vandna Sinha

Lead – Occupational Therapist

Ms Vandna is a Lead Occupational therapist at Early Autism Ventures, India. She has with approx. 11 years of working experiences. She carries her Master degree from SVNIRTAR, Odisha.
Ms. Vandna is certified in Sensory Integration certification module 1 and 4 from university of southern California. She is also certified in Wheelchair training by WHO. She is certified in Brain Gym 104 and 112 , Crispiany movement program. and Oral Placement Therapy Level 1.
She has a vast experience in working with children with neurodiversity. She believes that every child has a potential and we should provide equal opportunity to all. Also, she believes to empower the parents to become the best facilitator to their children.
Sarah

Sarah Elsa Abraham

Lead – Speech Language Pathology Department

Sarah Elsa Abraham is a dedicated and compassionate speech-language pathologist whose educational journey began at Christian Medical College Vellore, where she completed her bachelor’s degree. Her time at the developmental pediatrics unit fueled her passion for specializing in speech-language pathology, leading her to pursue her master’s at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in Mysore.

With over three years of experience, Sarah has focused on working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.  As a certified feeding and oral placement therapist (Level 1), she specializes in addressing communication, speech, language, and feeding difficulties in children. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, Sarah strives to empower children to become strong communicators.

Sarah firmly believes in the unique abilities of each child and their inherent voice, waiting to be heard. Her approach involves not only working directly with the children but also empowering parents. She is convinced that when parents are equipped with the right guidance, they can unlock their children’s potential.

Kruthika

Kruthika Gopi

Lead – Human Resources (HR) Department

Kruthika joined Early Autism Ventures’ operations team as a HR- Lead. She hold an MBA from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, diving into a good book, and exploring new destinations around the world.

Farha Abdul Nazar

Shadow Services Lead – Bengaluru

Farha Abdul Nazar is the Shadow Lead at Early Autism Ventures, where she leads and oversees shadow services to ensure children receive consistent, individualized, and high-quality support within school settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has previous experience in both mental health and child development settings, providing her with a strong foundation in child behaviour, neurodevelopment, and evidence-based intervention practices.

In her current role, Farha is responsible for the training, supervision, and professional development of shadow teachers. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized goals and intervention strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs. Working closely with families, schools, therapists, and educators, she ensures effective communication, seamless implementation of intervention plans, and the delivery of quality support services. Her responsibilities also include school observations, staff mentoring, parent guidance, teacher collaboration, and the development of systems that promote consistency and excellence in shadow services.

Farha believes that every child possesses unique strengths and potential, and that meaningful progress is achieved through individualized support, consistency, and collaborative care. She is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments where children with neurodevelopmental differences feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

Her vision is to make a meaningful and lasting impact by helping children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills while supporting families, schools, and professionals in creating environments where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to succeed.

Shadow Services Lead – Hyderabad

Ann serves as the Shadow Lead for the Hyderabad branch, where she oversees and mentors a team of Shadow Teachers and ABA-trained therapists. Working closely with schools, families, and the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department, she adopts a collaborative and holistic approach to ensure that every child is supported in reaching their full potential while feeling seen, heard, and included.

Driven by a strong passion, Ann is committed to promoting inclusive educational practices and empowering children with diverse learning needs through individualized, evidence-based support. She believes that meaningful collaboration between educators, therapists, and families is key to creating positive and lasting outcomes for every child.

Ann is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) She holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatry from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and brings together her expertise in social work, behavioural support, and inclusive education to support children, families, and school communities.

Operations Manager

Kamya as the new Operations Manager, bringing a background centered on healthcare strategy and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s in Medical Microbiology, an MHA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.Throughout her career, Kamya has specialized in streamlining complex workflows and enhancing service standards within the healthcare sector. Her experience across MGM Healthcare, Global Hospital and Research Centre (Pune), HCG, and Shishuka Children’s Hospital has been defined by her ability to bridge clinical needs with efficient, data-driven operational processes. Outside of the professional sphere, Kamya is a creative soul who enjoys singing and doodling. She is also a complete dog person and a big-time foodie, always happy to swap pet stories or restaurant recommendations.

Kenn Jonathan

Intake Coordinator 

Kenn serves as the Intake Coordinator at Early Autism Ventures, where he is the first point of contact for families beginning their journey with EAV. Passionate about building meaningful connections with parents, he provides guidance on therapy services and helps families identify the most suitable center based on their child’s unique needs.

He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and brings valuable experience from his previous supervisory role, where he worked closely with children and therapists to ensure the effective implementation of individualized intervention plans. This clinical foundation enables him to understand the needs of both families and therapy teams, allowing him to support a smooth and informed intake process.

In his current role, he focuses on facilitating admissions, coordinating initial consultations, guiding families through available therapy programs, and ensuring a seamless transition into services.

He is committed to early intervention and inclusive support systems that empower every child to thrive while ensuring families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey with Early Autism Ventures.
